From the snapcraft UX document, the error to display should be: Cannot release a devmode snap in the stable channel. Try --beta or --edge See https://snapcraft.io/doc/confinement/ to make your package safe. The error we are displaying is: Revision 2 (devmode) cannot target a stable channel (stable)
