Add ability to automatically fetch Recommends from (a subset of) stage packages

Sometimes Recommends from stage-packages are neded, but you don't want to list them all manually (or update the list when the stage-packages reccomends list changes), so it would be nice to add add a stage-packages-with-reccomends flag or similar.
