May be a duplicate of https://bugs.launchpad.net/snapcraft/+bug/1742559 I'd like to use the latest release candidate of yarn to confirm that proxy issues we've been having on Launchpad are resolved (https://github.com/yarnpkg/yarn/pull/4903). However, snapcraft is pinned to the latest stable version.
