Current evaluation

Merged documentation update replacing the Ubuntu circle logo with the Juju logo on RTD docs and correcting the README link. Approved by two reviewers, passed CI, and resolved a file copying issue prior to merge.

Suggested action:

No scores available.

Issue body

The Charmcraft RTD docs logo still shows the Ubuntu circle friends whereas it should be showing the Juju logo and the README still points to the old docs. This PR fixes both these issues. PS This work parallels similar updates in the Juju and Ops repo.
