As requested:
- Inserted “The development cycle” title after “Deploy the Flask app”, along with the requested introductory paragraph.
- Split the existing content into clearer, more consistent subsections.
- Content and code blocks remain unchanged.
Minor additional changes:
- Fixed typo: "Deplyoing" -> "Deploying".
- Fixed typo: "though" -> "through"
- Fixed grammar: `keep track how many` -> `keep track of how many`
- Fixed capitalization: `will pass the Database connection` -> `will pass the database connection`
- Clarity improvement: `Check the total visitors:` -> `Check the total number of visitors:`
