### What needs to get done Ubuntu 26.04 tests should use Python 3.14 rather than 3.13 once the default Python is moved over. According to [the release schedule](https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/resolute-raccoon-release-schedule/47198) this will happen in the second week of January 2026 ### Why it needs to get done Prepare for 26.04 base - we don't want to test with the wrong Python.
