The README currently includes a "Weekly Spread" badge and link that reference:
.github/workflows/spread-large.yaml
However, this workflow file does not exist in the repository anymore. The current spread-related workflows are:
spread.yaml
spread-docs.yaml
spread-manual.yaml
It looks like the workflow may have been renamed (e.g. to spread-manual.yaml), but the README was not updated.
