Issue body
In a UXR session today (covering the Rockcraft equivalent tutorial), we found out that the `devpack-for-spring boot start` command in the Spring Boot tutorial no longer works. Based on https://start.spring.io/ , it seems like version 3.5.10 is no longer offered. Therefore, the tutorial no longer works.
This PR updates the Spring Boot version to 4.1.0 -- this version was validated by checking the Spring Initialzr website and confirming that this version is supported.
Documentation Spread tests are currently not running in charmcraft, but the Spring Boot Spread test in the sister PR https://github.com/canonical/rockcraft/pull/1340 passed.
