The `mysql` charm removed its charmlibs from Charmhub, which causes `test_fetchlib_all` and `test_fetchlib_store_is_old` in `tests/integration/commands/test_store_commands.py` to fail.
We need to update these integration tests to use `operator_libs_linux.v0.apt` instead of `mysql.mysql`.
