At the moment all *craft tools promote all architectures at once (using CLI):

The `promote` is not usable on ` CI/CD` if snapstore has experimental-only revision (which should stay in edge only).
It is a request to add a way to specify architectures to promote, e.g.:

BTW, on WEB it is possible to promote one specific architefcture only:

### The problem it solves
CI/CD will be able to use promote necessary architectures only.
At the moment CI/CD have to use `*craft release` re-constructing/caching snap revisions to release into specific channel.
