## Summary
This documentation-only change adds a **Set the default track** section to the existing **Manage tracks** how-to guide.
It explains that, after creating a track, a publisher can make it the charm's default track with an authenticated `PATCH /v1/charm/<name>` request whose JSON body is `{"default-track": "v.2"}`.
The guide reuses the macaroon-header setup already documented earlier on the page and links to the `update_package_metadata` API reference. No Charmcraft CLI behaviour changes.
Closes #2960.
