fix(app) fix work dir in managed runs
Metadata
Current evaluation
Merged PR #74 (commit c348918d) corrected managed-run work-directory handling, using /root for lifecycle work while keeping the project cwd separate; fixes #53.
Resolution: closed resolved
Reason: PR #74 was merged into main as commit c348918d. It sets the managed work directory to /root rather than the project cwd, resolving misplaced lifecycle directories in issue #53.

Issue body
When running in managed mode, the work dir is _not_ the cwd: the work dir is "/root/" and contains the lifecycle directories, while the cwd is typically the directory containing the project file, mounted as "/root/project/" inside the instance.
