Resolution: closed resolved

Reason: PR #936 added model validation and JSON-schema exclusion for the reserved name "any", matching the requested behavior.

Issue body

### What needs to get done Set the Project model so that `any` is not a valid platform name. This should both prevent the project from being created and be exported to the schema. ### Why it needs to get done In line with https://github.com/canonical/craft-platforms/issues/166 and https://github.com/canonical/craft-grammar/issues/122, we need to ensure that `any` is not a valid platform name. This is technically a breaking change, but as far as we know there are 0 real-world projects that do this.
