### What needs to get done
Once chisel supports an `--ack-unsupported-release` CLI option (see: https://warthogs.atlassian.net/browse/ROCKS-1990), we need to be able to pass that to chisel instances. Whether we pass this flag should be controlled by a parameter when starting the `LifecycleManager`.
### Why it needs to get done
Supporting EOL releases in Rockcraft.
