This PR addresses https://github.com/canonical/craft-parts/issues/1385
Add ability to override jdeps --multi-release settings. This is used when dependency multi-release jars need a common denominator (e.g. 11)
Add ability to override a list of modules. This is needed to generate OpenJDK general-purpose image (e.g. JRE rock), or in more complex scenarios (e.g. jars loaded dynamically in runtime)
