Default to modern `7zip` and `dotnet-sdk-10.0`, special-casing older releases (`focal`, `jammy` for `p7zip-full`; `jammy`, `noble`, and interim suites for `dotnet-sdk-8.0`).
Verified by running dependency checks and dry-run package installations across `focal` (20.04), `jammy` (22.04), `noble` (24.04), and `stonking` (26.10) LXD containers, followed by running `make format` and `make lint`.
