Right now, it's difficult to figure out which project variables are set and/or which are supported. I had to dive in the code of snapcraft to figure out what was supported. Something like `craftctl get --all` might be useful as a quick way to see everything that's set. Although this is something that would mainly be used during debugging, I think it might still be useful.
