### What needs to get done Convert [this prototype](https://github.com/mr-cal/craft-parts/pull/1/commits/546a75096cfeb24bbf4314c0c3a5512c52258f2c#diff-8b05be16f7434251a31499a62b63d4f9f2962efd02f3896a9308cbc3ab034dcf) into a PR to merge into `feature/namespaced-partitions`. This work involves many small and intertwined changes, so it can be done as a single PR with many commits. Commits: - [X] chore: update install, stage, and prime directories - [X] chore: update environment variables for partitions - [X] chore(local_source): ignore partitions directory - [X] chore: organize files to top-level partition directory - [X] chore: migrate files per partition - [x] chore: stage and prime files per-partition - [x] chore: remove `get_partitioned_path()` ### Why it needs to get done So that the partitions feature can be enabled or disabled ad hoc.
