### What needs to get done
Replace cloning chisel with an installation of the snap.
Change temporary directory in pytest configuration to be accessible by strict chisel snap, so rest of the workflow workflow remain unchanged.
### Why it needs to get done
Right now chisel is cloned and built during workflow, because snap does not have an access to tmpfs. We have to manually change a tag in workflow definition to use a newest version.
