Merged PR #127 (commit 5115c05) adding legacy Rockcraft base names "ubuntu:20.04"/"ubuntu:22.04" via _LEGACY_BASES_MAP in rock/_build.py; shipped in craft-platforms 0.8.0.

Resolution: closed resolved

Reason: The PR was merged into main as commit 5115c05 ("feat(rock): support Rockcraft legacy base names (#127)"). It adds a _LEGACY_BASES_MAP normalising the legacy colon-form bases to ubuntu@NN.04 for both base and build-base in get_rock_build_plan, with unit and integration test coverage and a changelog entry in 0.8.0.

Issue body

This adds support for the legacy base names "ubuntu:20.04" and "ubuntu:22.04" to the Rockcraft build planner. These are needed because the "@" convention was only standardised after Rockcraft included these. - [x] Have you followed the guidelines for contributing? - [x] Have you signed the [CLA](http://www.ubuntu.com/legal/contributors/)? - [x] Have you successfully run `make lint && make test`? --- ROCKCRAFT-225
