Current evaluation

Scalar build-on and build-for values are now accepted and vectorized; the fix merged in PR #126 as commit 1a21b2d.

Resolution: closed resolved

Reason: PR #126 was merged, and commit 1a21b2d added scalar parsing and vectorization to the platform and charm build planners, resolving the failure to create plans from single-string YAML values.

Issue body

The build planners fail to create a build plan from the yaml: ```yaml platforms: my-platform: build-on: amd64 build-for: riscv64 ``` This is a problem because craft-application is able to create a build plan but craft-platforms can't. Craft-application vectorizes `build-on` and `build-for` before providing the data to craft-platforms.
