Provenance: - Derived from Starbase's `AGENTS.lib.md` template at `starbase/main@a310931`: https://github.com/canonical/starbase/blob/a310931a1ec691b5c18314f026aa2139d4b48e32/AGENTS.lib.md - Adaptations follow the craft-cli precedent (https://github.com/canonical/craft-cli/pull/494): overview rewritten from the README, "Starbase" replaced with the library name, the library's own row removed from the craft-libraries table, template TODO instructions deleted, and the spread-tests section omitted (this repo has no `tests/spread/`). Split out of the Starbase merge as a preparation PR because it is a large net-new template-derived file warranting independent review.
