Issue body

Skip passing LXD integration tests while iterating on failing LXD tests. Keeps enabled only the failing tests: - test_launched_environment[BuilddBaseAlias.BIONIC] - test_launched_environment[BuilddBaseAlias.FOCAL] - test_foreign_arch_success[armhf-armv8l] - test_configure_and_launch_remote[BuilddBaseAlias.BIONIC] - test_configure_and_launch_remote[BuilddBaseAlias.FOCAL] Verified: ruff, ruff format, and make test-fast (1682 passed).
