Reopening this branch for 2 reasons:
1. It can take up to a month for the GitHub MacOS action runners to receive Multipass updates
2. The soon-to-be deleted MacOS 10.15 runner hasn't gotten a Multipass release since it's 2022-Dec deprecation.
