### What needs to get done Bring in [release-publish.yaml](https://github.com/canonical/starbase/blob/main/.github/workflows/release-publish.yaml) from starbase and ensure there's an appropriate pypi API token etc. ### Why it needs to get done So we don't have to manually publish releases
