Ubuntu 22.10 (kinetic) is an interim release and has reached [end of life](https://fridge.ubuntu.com/2023/06/14/ubuntu-22-10-kinetic-kudu-reaches-end-of-life-on-july-20-2023/).
This was causing our integration tests to [fail](https://github.com/canonical/craft-providers/actions/runs/6223063202/job/16907138670#step:7:864) on `apt update`.
