### What needs to get done Use the buildd daily image for `devel` now that https://bugs.launchpad.net/cloud-images/+bug/2007419 is resolved for 24.04 (the current image for `devel`). This is blocked by this bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apt/+bug/1728616. We can workaround this by not updating `apt` sources to `devel`. ### Why it needs to get done We need to use the `buildd` images when possible.
