Current evaluation

Adds macOS (macos-14-large) to the multipass slow-test CI matrix (+10/-10 in the old tests.yaml). Inactive 386 days; macos-14-large and minimum-deps jobs fail and it targets a workflow file since deleted.

Reason: The PR targets `.github/workflows/tests.yaml`, which was removed in commit b2b9b81 ('ci: remove old test workflow'); CI now lives in `.github/workflows/qa.yaml` added by 401c6b5 ('ci: add starflow QA workflow'), so the diff no longer applies. The PR is demonstrably obsolete, not merely inactive: the author's own note 'We should speed them up before merging' was never addressed, the single unresolved review comment is unanswered, and 'test-multipass / Slow tests (macos-14-large, 3.12)' plus 'Minimum dependencies' still fail. macOS multipass coverage now lives in tests-weekly.yaml instead, so nothing is lost by closing.
