### Bug Description
When integrating with sourcecraft, a part with `plugin: go` fails during the build step.
### To Reproduce
Same fetch-service setup as #128 , sourcecraft.yaml in fetch-service's root dir (so, a sourcecraft project that builds the fetch-service).
