Fixes a warning message from `fuse-overlayfs` as reported [in this upstream issue](https://github.com/containers/fuse-overlayfs/issues/429) by building the latest version from source.
This version of `fuse-overlayfs` was tested to work with Craft Parts' integration test suite. To test it yourself, follow these steps:

sudo apt install libfuse3-dev libfuse3-3 pkgconf autoconf
git clone https://github.com/containers/fuse-overlayfs.git --branch v1.15
cd fuse-overlayfs
./autogen.sh
./configure
sudo make install # this makefile features `make uninstall` to clean up afterwards, too
# Change over to a local clone of Craft Parts...
sudo pytest tests/integration/lifecycle/test_lifecycle_overlay.py # this test only runs as root right now, it seems?
