Issue body

### Check existing issues - [x] I've verified that this request isn't described by any existing issues. ### Request For Ubuntu Core image the imagecraft should be able to create sparse images. ### The problem it solves UbuntuCore is all about reducing the footprint of the image and going fast when updating using snap delta update. Having to flash the whole drive when you just want to update the image goes against that philosophy. "img2simg" can be use to achieve this. I would really add that in real world within field we only use/deliver sparse images so missing this feature will prevent any deliverable image to be created with imagecraft.
