docs: link to Multipass docs seems stale and broken

There are multiple links to Multipass on the tutorial page and they are all broken. They point to https://documentation.ubuntu.com/multipass/stable/how-to-guides/install-multipass/, when they probably need to be updated to now point to https://documentation.ubuntu.com/multipass/latest/how-to-guides/install-multipass/
