This change links the [reference on remote builds](https://documentation.ubuntu.com/rockcraft/stable/reference/remote-builds/) to its [corresponding how-to guide](https://documentation.ubuntu.com/rockcraft/stable/how-to/crafting/outsource-rock-builds-to-launchpad/).
This addresses user feedback obtained during UR sessions. Users will now be able to easily access the reference page from the how-to guide.
