This test branch has the fixes from https://github.com/canonical/craft-providers/issues/980 but not https://github.com/canonical/craft-providers/pull/956.
This will give us confidence that we indeed fixed https://github.com/canonical/craft-providers/issues/979 and won't break later this year when `devel` gets repointed to 27.04.
