Issue body

## Description The `this report` link on the Rockcraft documentation page points to the wrong page. **Expected:** The link should point to the **Juju Cloud Native Kubernetes Usage Report**. **Actual:** The link currently directs to: `https://canonical.com/juju#selection-criteria-for-container-images` **Exact quote:** > "You can find these values and their relevance in [[[this report](https://juju.is/cloud-native-kubernetes-usage-report-2021#selection-criteria-for-container-images)](https://juju.is/cloud-native-kubernetes-usage-report-2021#selection-criteria-for-container-images)](https://juju.is/cloud-native-kubernetes-usage-report-2021#selection-criteria-for-container-images)." The URL in the documentation appears to be incorrect/outdated and resolves to the Canonical Juju page instead of the referenced usage report. **Reported from:** `https://ubuntu.com/containers/rockcraft/docs/1/explanation/rockcraft/`
