Current evaluation

Fixed by commit 161abe18: base and build-base now prefer ubuntu@<channel>; legacy ubuntu:<channel> remains accepted with a deprecation warning.

Resolution: closed resolved

Reason: Commit 161abe18, titled "feat: update base notation from ':' to '@'", directly implements the requested notation. Validators normalize legacy colon syntax for both fields and emit deprecation warnings.

Issue body

### What needs to get done Use `@` instead of `:` as the channel separator for ubuntu bases. So, instead of `ubuntu:22.04`, use `ubuntu@22.04`. This is for both `base` and `build-base`. For the channels that we currently accept (22.04 and 20.04), still accept `:` for backwards-compatibility, with a warning about the deprecation. ### Why it needs to get done The `@`-notation is the preferred one for craft tools moving forward.
