### What needs to get done Update our tooling by integrating Starbase's changes ### Why it needs to get done Our current tooling is a mess: makefile, semi-working (I think) tox integration, linters that we don't really want to use anymore (pylint), multiple different config files (setup.py _and_ pyproject.toml _and_ setup.cfg). Now that we updated to craft-application we have way less actual code, so it's prime time to do this update.
