chisel is hardcoded to ubuntu-22.04 release
Metadata
Current evaluation
Closed as fixed upstream: craft-parts PR #312 (merged) dropped the hardcoded --release ubuntu-22.04 from Chisel's command line in craft_parts/packages/chisel.py, letting Chisel sniff the environment release.
Resolution: closed resolved
Reason: The hardcoding lived in craft-parts, not rockcraft; merged craft-parts#312 removed the release argument from the `chisel cut` invocation, and maintainer lengau cited that PR when closing the issue as fixed upstream.

Issue body
in https://github.com/canonical/craft-parts/blob/ba20b6f183fa5f3d6bd9a07737988afd1a901e39/craft_parts/packages/deb.py#L701 Chisel is hardcoded to run with 22.04 only.
The right behavior should be to inherit the release from the build environment (i.e. if `build-base` is ubuntu-22.10, then chisel must run with `--release ubuntu-22.10`)
