Issue body
It would be very beneficial to have the ability to build snaps with an existing server farm or setup you have. It would reduce build time for people who have servers in their basement.
This would be sort of like snapcraft cleanbuild but it would use Juju or Travis or whatever you hook up to it to build the snap. It should detect a Juju install and if not, it goes from there. Maybe a configuration file for this?
