Issue body

In https://github.com/snapcore/snapcraft/pull/1050, support for stage-packages like 'hello:i386' was added. However, there is no integration test that installs a valid stage-package from a different architecture. I think we can (and should) write a test with sudo dpkg --add-architecture.
