Recent snap-store snaps started to error in the snap USN notifications service due to entries like this in the snap/manifest.yaml:

I would consider this at least a 'High' priority item since failure to parse the manifest.yaml means that the snap is not scanned and so publishers won't be aware of when USNs affect their snap.
