Running Snapcraft (without LXD installed) on a snapcraft.yaml using core22 and experimental extension doesn't offer to configure LXD and hangs forever.
It actually shows for ~1 sec the option to install and configure LXD and then it disappear to show that it enabled the experimental extension.
To reproduce it, you need a fresh Ubuntu 20.04 VM without LXD snapcraft and a simple snapcraft.yaml
