When `remote-build`ing with a `version: git` stanza, the SHA will be that of the Snapcraft-mangled source, not the original one. Snapcraft should probably resolve the `git` version before it sends the source up to Launchpad for building. Related to https://bugs.launchpad.net/snapcraft/+bug/1973199, though using `git describe` in override stanzas will obviously be affected by the mangling.
