Current evaluation

Fixed by merged ubuntu-core/snapcraft PR #431 (commit 1e31959d1), which recognizes already-built prerequisite parts when building a selected part.

Resolution: closed resolved

Reason: The issue was fixed in merged PR ubuntu-core/snapcraft#431, commit 1e31959d1. The change checks whether prerequisite parts are already built before reporting unsatisfied dependencies, resolving clean-and-rebuild behavior.

Issue body

observed that I couldnt invoke: snapcraft clean part1 snapcraft build part1 the "build" fails because it thinks there are not-fullfilled dependencies even if those haven't been cleaned. Same tree will happily try to build part1 if i run: snapcraft build Reproduce with snapcraft example in tree: cd examples/libpipeline ../../bin/snapcraft build ../../bin/snapcraft clean pipelinetest ../../bin/snapcraft build pipelinetest Fails with: Requested 'pull' of 'pipelinetest' but there are unsatisfied prerequisites: 'libpipeline'
