Current evaluation

Closed as unreproducible: the maintainer could not reproduce the reported `snapcraft clean` or `snapcraft clean <part-name>` behavior.

Resolution: closed not a bug

Reason: The sole maintainer comment on 2016-05-30 reported that neither clean command reproduced the issue; no fixing PR or commit is evidenced.

Issue body

`snapcraft clean` leaves `parts/<part name>/bin/pkg-config` files for every part. These should probably be removed.
