"clean that part" advice doesn't tell you the command to use
Metadata
Current evaluation
Fixed by merged snapcraft#1097 (commit edb56c9b8), which updated lifecycle output to print the command needed to clean a dirty part.
Resolution: closed resolved
Reason: The linked implementation was merged in snapcraft#1097 at commit edb56c9b8, directly resolving the missing cleanup-command guidance.

Issue body
Using snapcraft 0.9 after editing a snap .yaml and doing "snapcraft", the tools tell you
"Skipping build wrapper (already ran)
The 'build' step of 'gucharmap' is out of date. Please clean that
part's 'build' step in order to rebuild"
Is there any reason it couldn't add "using the 'snapcraft clean -s build' command" and avoiding users having to figure that out
