Issue body
If I run snapcraft-parser without git, I get:
[Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'git'
This needs to be a more user-friendly error message suggesting to install the missing package. The same needs to happen for other missing deps.
To reproduce:
sudo apt remove git
sudo apt install snapcraft-parser
snapcraft-parser -i https://wiki.ubuntu.com/snapcraft/parts?action=raw
