Bad error when trying to run snapcraft-parser without bzr installed
Metadata
Current evaluation
Missing bzr now produces a clearer parser error. PR #742 addressed missing source-type packages in snapcraft-parser in commit 14518acf2.
Resolution: closed resolved
Reason: The raw missing-executable error was replaced with handling for absent source-type packages. PR #742 was merged as commit 14518acf2.

Issue body
When I try to run snapcraft-parser without bzr installed, I get the following error:
[Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'bzr'
Instead of this, the error should be nicer to the user explaining that the bzr program needs to be installed.
