tour: snapcraft upload does not return a url
Metadata
Current evaluation
Docs nit about the snapcraft tour's publication step was closed by ~sergiusens on 2019-02-07, noting the tour had not been part of snapcraft for some time; the remaining tour assets were later deleted in commit 9696c57e9 (PR #1520).
Resolution: closed stale
Reason: No text fix was made: maintainer ~sergiusens closed it on 2019-02-07 stating the tour had not been part of snapcraft for some time, so the referenced wording was already gone. The leftover tour files were only physically removed much later in commit 9696c57e9 (PR #1520).

Issue body
In the "publication: users only see your published revisions" section of the snapcraft tour it says:
Open the URL that was returned from snapcraft upload or open the snap from the developer portal front page: https://myapps.developer.ubuntu.com
When I ran the snapcraft upload command it did _not_ return a url, so the first part of that sentence should be removed.
