The parser now expands SNAPCRAFT_PROJECT_NAME and SNAPCRAFT_PROJECT_VERSION from the origin project, confirmed still present in snapcraft/parts/lifecycle.py.

Issue body
With the introduction of SNAPCRAFT_PROJECT_NAME and SNAPCRAFT_PROJECT_VERSION we will need the parser to look for these and replace them with the values of name and version respectively from the origin.
